GoingDutch B.V. (“GoingDutch”, “we”, “us”) explains below which personal data we process, why we process it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have.

If you choose to connect contacts, GoingDutch may access parts of your contacts list to check whether friends are already on the platform and to make inviting them easier.
You can decline this; the app will remain usable, but the “find friends” feature will be more limited.

GoingDutch does not share data with data brokers and does not use your personal data for targeted advertising based on tracking unless we explicitly introduce this and implement it in a legally compliant way.

Infrastructure and storage providers (if used)

We keep data as long as your account is active.
After account deletion, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period unless we must retain some data longer for legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution.

Note: content in groups/chats may remain (partially) visible to other group members while the group exists unless it is removed (by you, by moderation systems after reports, or according to our procedures).
